This Privacy Policy describes how the ProTactX BJJ Media Organizer ("the App") handles your information. The App is operated by ProTactX Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ("we", "us", or "our").
The App requests access to your Google Drive solely to read, upload, and organize media files (photos and videos) into designated folders within a shared ProTactX Google Drive folder. We do not access any other files or data in your Google account.
Your Google account is used only to authenticate you and to perform file operations (reading, uploading, and moving files) within the shared ProTactX Drive folder. We do not store, sell, share, or transmit your personal data or Google account information to any third party.
The App does not store any of your data on external servers. All file operations are performed directly between your browser and Google Drive via Google's official APIs. Your access token is held temporarily in your browser session and is never stored permanently.
The App is intended for use by ProTactX BJJ staff and authorized personnel only. Access to the shared Google Drive folder is controlled by the ProTactX administration.
The App uses the following third-party services:
• Google Drive API — for file access and organization (Google Privacy Policy)
• Google OAuth 2.0 — for secure sign-in
The App is used by gym staff to organize media. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
