These Terms of Service govern your use of the ProTactX BJJ Media Organizer ("the App"), operated by ProTactX Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ("we", "us", or "our").
The App is intended for use by ProTactX BJJ staff and authorized personnel only. By using the App, you confirm that you are an authorized staff member or have been granted explicit permission by ProTactX BJJ administration.
The App requires you to sign in with a Google account. By signing in, you authorize the App to access your Google Drive solely for the purpose of reading, uploading, and organizing media files within the designated ProTactX shared folder. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — organizing ProTactX BJJ media content. You may not use the App to upload, store, or distribute content that is inappropriate, unlawful, or unrelated to ProTactX BJJ operations.
All media content uploaded through the App remains the property of ProTactX BJJ. Staff members may not use gym media for personal purposes without explicit written permission from ProTactX BJJ administration.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App will be free of errors.
ProTactX BJJ is not liable for any loss of data, content, or access resulting from use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
